In Maranza and Valles the skiing region Gitschberg/Jochtal offers varied skiing with panoramic views. The ski pistes are particularly suitable for families. The 360° panorama platform with views of 500 mountain tops is particularly impressive. The ski bus takes you from Naz to the piste.
The local mountain of Bressanone, Plose, also invites you to skiing fun. Here you practice your carve-turns on 40 km of pistes and enjoy South Tyrol’s longest downhill run, the 9 km long Trametsch.
Plan de Corones is South Tyrol’s top skiing mountain with over 140 km of beautiful pistes! You reach Plan de Corones by car or conveniently by train from Rio Pusteria. From Plan de Corones you can switch across to the pistes in Val Gardena.
Val Gardena/Alpe di Siusi: You probably already know of Val Gardena from the skiing World Cup and the Sellaronda! Ski like the top stars down the pistes of Val Gardena and enjoy the stunning backdrop of the Sella group. Because of the link to the skiing region Alpe di Siusi you can also twist and turn on Europe’s largest Alpine pasture.
The Sella Ronda is a special tip for experienced skiers: circumnavigate the Sella massif on skis in one day and enjoy delightful skiing and fantastic views of the Dolomites.
Obereggen and the Ski Center Latemar offer skiing beneath the Latemar. Approx. 50 km of award-winning ski pistes await you near Bolzano.
Corvara and Alta Badia excite with 130 km of pistes and connections to the skiing regions Val Gardena, Alpe di Siusi, Arabba and Fassa. All in all, a total of 500 km of pistes are available to you.
